She is a healthcare executive with over 15+ years of hospital and physician organization experience, specializing in clinical operations, federal and non-federal research funding and finance. Most recently she was Director of CV Innovation & COO, at One Brave Idea a unique $75 million investment focused on combating coronary heart disease, enabled by a collaboration between the American Heart Association, Verily, AstraZeneca, and Quest Diagnostics. Earlier to that she was Director of Cardiovascular Medicine, one of the largest Divisions of Cardiovascular Medicine in the Country. Xheme will benefit greatly from her management, grant and healthcare experience.
